The lector ministry is the group of
parishioners who proclaim the readings during our mass celebrations.
This ministry requires a time commitment to prepare - ahead of time - so
that God’s message is delivered to His people in the best possible way.
Our schedule is prepared quarterly and everyeffort is made to work
around vacations andhonor time- off requests.
It is preferable that our lectors to be available for all masses, but
specific mass requests are honored. We try to meet as a group once every
4 months or so, but we have no set meeting schedule. Most of our
communication and scheduling is done via email.
