For over 176 years, Vincentians have served their local communities by providing person-to-person spiritual and material assistance to the poor and those in temporary need.
We serve those in need regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender or political opinions. We provide short-term
assistance in the form of food, clothing, household goods and limited financial assistance.
Following the example of St. Vincent de Paul, the Apostle of Charity and our founder, and Blessed Frederic Ozanam, we respect the human dignity and personal integrity of those we serve by visiting them in their homes - in total confidentiality. All home visitations are conducted by teams of two, making this a perfect ministry for a husband and wife who are interested in community service!
